general information
this website was last updated on the 23rd of August, 2023, GMT+8
you must be 16 years of age and above to be commissioning me. if you are below 16 years of age, you must have the consent of your legal guardian/parent to proceed.
you are commissioning/paying me for a digital file. you will not be receiving any hard-copies, physical or printed, of the graphic(s).
commissions may be denied, depending upon the request type and my daily workload as i am a full-time student. please don't take it personally.
full rights to the graphic(s) are retained by me, the designer. you may not claim my work as your own. you cannot offer to buy "ownership rights" either.
i retain the right to showcase the design on my social media with or without reference to you as the commissioner.
...REVISIONS...revisions beyond the approved stage, or for revisions that are considered major, will incur extra charges.
for a concept revision, the entire commission process will start over. this means that you'll have to pay again for me to design an entirely new concept for the graphic.
...DELIVERY...all final graphic files will be emailed to you to an email address of your choosing.
if you do not want to use emails, a download link that expires within three days will be messaged to you on the platform of your choosing.
final files will be delivered in two formats; 300dpi .png versions and 300dpi .jpg/.jpeg versions. you are welcome to request other formats if required. different export formats do not incur extra charges.
...RESOURCES...all resources are legally licensed/sourced from verified websites/sources or self-made.
premium resources offered in packages can include purchased resources or the ones made by me which are exclusive.
resources listed in each cover's making may differ (be lesser or more) depending on the requirements of the commission. your custom quote will reflect this taken into consideration.
usage
all prices listed are for personal use only. you may not at any point in time use the products of these services for commercial use, from which you gain any financial/monetary benefits whether for real or digital currency.
if you want a commercial-use design to sell/market your book, please message me to discuss the project's prospects.
you may not redistribute the files, for free or otherwise, without explicit written permission from me.
you may print the work/use in your fanart or for promotional purposes (ie instagram posts, twitter tweets) but do not alter, edit over or change the original graphic in any way or form.
you may not remove the watermark placed on my work no matter where or how it is being used.

pricing
prices listed on this website are the base pricing and may exceed the displayed range depending on the size, complexity and availability of a custom request
prices are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
payment not made successfully by the stipulated date will result in your slot being emptied for another potential client.
...PAYMENTS...payment is only taken through PayPal in USD (may consider using alternative methods, please reach out first to discuss this before booking)
quoted price for customs is not inclusive of transactional and currency conversion fees. the PayPal fees page and this conversion calculator can be used for an exact figure of how much you will be charged.
i will not begin any work on your requested graphic(s) if payment has not been made in full upfront successfully.
... CANCELLATIONS...cancellations can be made at any time before the final, raw/high-definition files have been delivered but refunds are subject to the amount of progress achieved.
if i cancel on your commission you are entitled to a full refund regardless of progress or circumstances.
...REFUNDS...refunds will be offered as follows โ
> 100% if the cancellation is made no more than 24 hours after booking
> 50% if the commission has already been started
> 0% if the commission is more than a quarter of the way in progress.no refunds will not be offered if you dislike the final product, especially beyond the revisions round
i will handle the refund through my end. under no circumstance should you initiate a chargeback, dispute, bank reversal, etc. by doing so you forfeit your rights to the refund.

| 02 . please communicate exactly what you want / envision to me. i'm not a mind reader, so specificity from your end is important for your project to turn out well! |
| 03 . whatever you are unsure about, please ask. on that note, please be ready for a lot of questions from my end as well! |
| 04 . patience is a virtue. i know how hard it is to be patient, especially when it comes to matters involving money, but keep in mind i am a STEM student! your graphic will be delivered by the stipulated timeframe. if i cannot deliver on time, i will inform you and add on a freebie to your commission. |

...How long is your turnover time?...
I typically will deliver the final work to you within 7 to 14 business days. For simple and lightly complex requests it may be as quick as 1 to 3 business days. For extremely complex requests or series sets, delivery will be between 14 to 28 business days. my business days are from monday to friday....How many initial concepts do you deliver?...
Only one. If you would like more than one concept to be made, please note that you will be charged extra. Unused/discarded concepts will be converted into premades and made available to other potential clients with your permission....Can I get progress updates while you work?...
Now, this is a case-by-case scenario and hinges on several factors. I tend to get hyper-focused when working and completely forget. A little unprofessional I am aware, but this is still something new for me and I'm learning as I go. As such, I ask for your understanding in the matter if I do have to deny your request!...Where can I use this cover?...
Anywhere you post your story online for free! My primary website would be Wattpad, but you're more than welcome to post on websites like Inkitt and Quotev! Just be sure to mention in your form the website(s) you'd like to post to, so I can make the cover with the proper dimensions....Do you offer any add-ons other than the ones listed?...

Yes, you definitely can! Please message me for more info about this (prices, packages and etc.). Currently, I design social media graphics (mockups and templates), character aesthetics, movie posters and others. I'm also open to creating theme graphics for Tumblr blogs!
